After 35 years of
business ownership, Regina Rickles has established a reputation of going the
extra mile for her customers. She has built and maintained her business on
three biblical principles of trust, honesty and integrity. These are
principles that Regina incorporates into every aspect of life, and strives to
demonstrate in her commitment to her customers through a unique way of
approaching the loan process. After 20 years as a Mortgage Broker, with
locations throughout North Alabama, and millions of dollars in closed loans,
Regina feels that she is capable of offering the absolute best options to
anyone she serves, regardless of any obstacles.
Regina additionally is a CMPS (Certified
Mortgage Planning Specialist) which is a status that only 3 loan officers in
the State of Alabama hold. This is due to her extensive knowledge of loan
types, programs, guidelines, and assistance for the customers she works
diligently to serve. She has had the
opportunity to see and experience many different markets over a span of time.
With these varied changes, being the best that you can be requires the ability
and focus to stay on top of all of the regulations and product modifications,
in order to be able to educate and guide your prospective borrowers. Regina
works hard to maintain that level of expertise.
Regina also specializes in First Time Home Buyers and teaches seminars to show the new buyers just how to "get it done". Holding a Certified Military Specialist certification she also specializes in VA loans for our military or retired military.
Regina enjoys spending
time with her family and kids Colby, Brandi, Chad, Isaak, and their families and any
activity which takes her outdoors. She is also loves photography and enjoys
shooting the beauty of the nature around her and family portraits of those who
are close to her. Regina holds multiple degrees from The University of Alabama
and Jacksonville State and frequently visits the University of Alabama campus
for events where her youngest son, Colby is currently attending college. While
she is known for her work in the mortgage industry, she is equally known for
her dedication to family and community and her respect for heritage and
tradition.
