Julie comes to Primemax with an expansive history of experience in the financial services industry.  She worked with the FDIC as a regulatory commissioned bank examiner for 13 years.  During her tenure with the FDIC Julie performed and supervised bank safety and soundness examinations in Alabama, Georgia and Florida.  Julie has reviewed bank loan portfolios in small and large banks in the southeast and has had extensive training on the characteristics of how solid mortgage loans are created. After leaving the FDIC to focus on her family and young children for a while, Julie continued to increase her housing and mortgage knowledge in several part time careers through the years including assisting with compliance and loan review as an independent consultant and in managing many areas of a small home construction company in the Birmingham area for five years.

Julie is excited to bring her knowledge of the regulatory industry as well as the construction/homebuilding industry together in her new career as a mortgage loan originator with Primemax.  Julie, along with the entire team at Primemax, will work together to help you realize your dream of home ownership or assist you in refinancing any current mortgage that needs different terms.
